I have now bought and sold a condo with Kevin, and my girlfriend and I just bought a house with Kevin as well. Patience and loyalty to his clients is what makes Kevin such a great agent to work with. Kevin isn't concerned with getting a quick sale but rather in making sure you have found everything you need, and that you will be happy with. Kevin has been an excellent real estate agent for us. He provided us with such a tremendous amount of support in helping us buy our first home, that when it came to buying our second and third homes, we were seasoned veterans. In listing two houses for us, he provided us with very prudent advice and kept us focused on sound reason when it came to accepting fair offers. In addition he performed over and above the call of duty by seeing to the repair of a gushing pipe when we were out of town (while our house was on the market).
