Kevin was great to work with. Within a week of meeting with him, I told him that our time crunch to finding a house for my parents got even shorter - we had less than a month. On top of that, my parents lived in Ottawa at the time, and were only able to come to Toronto once to view the properties. Kevin was able to understand our very specific needs, and lined up what seemed like 100 viewings in a weekend. That same weekend we found my parent's new home (and it couldn't be more perfect!).

I have now bought and sold a condo with Kevin, and my girlfriend and I just bought a house with Kevin as well. Patience and loyalty to his clients is what makes Kevin such a great agent to work with. Kevin isn't concerned with getting a quick sale but rather in making sure you have found everything you need, and that you will be happy with. I thoroughly enjoy working with Kevin and will be calling him when its time for the next house!

Kevin has been an excellent real estate agent for us. He provided us with such a tremendous amount of support in helping us buy our first home, that when it came to buying our second and third homes, we were seasoned veterans. In listing two houses for us, he provided us with very prudent advice and kept us focused on sound reason when it came to accepting fair offers. In addition he performed over and above the call of duty by seeing to the repair of a gushing pipe when we were out of town (while our house was on the market).
